Kalin heavy cruisers are formidable in battle, with heavy armor and high capacity energy stores for their weapons and shield. It is a less maneuverable ship, not very adept at evasive action, but the Kalin are not known to often retreat from a battle. N`Kasi are an upgraded version of the standard Kalin heavy cruiser, fitted with upgraded cargo capacity and an experimental engine for improved efficiency compared to other ships of this mass and fighting ability.
