But as the years passed, the city became corrupt and the rulers became greedy, using the power of the black sun for their own selfish gains. Many of its once beautiful golden spires succumbed to rust and neglect. Nevertheless, Solaria remained a marvel of the world, a testament to the power and majesty of its original creators, even as it orbited the ominous black sun.
