Using its extremely light weight and ability to generate static electricity, the Electric Guleum is able to create heat to propel itself high into the clouds to remain safe from potential predators. Once airborne, it has yet to be observed eating and it's believed the electricity it funnels through its body sustain it for its lifespan. The females are considerably larger than the males are but take less effort to create lift.
