This gallery installation features two distinct artworks and an unexpected element. The dominant piece on the left shows a bold figure in red against a textured pink and white background, with a large black serpentine form in the center. In the distance through a doorway, a second artwork displays red linear forms against a beige background with dark marks at the top. Most strikingly, a live tortoise appears in the foreground on the polished concrete floor, creating an unusual juxtaposition between the contemporary art space and nature. The title "worm gut reflexion" seems to reference the winding, intestinal-like black shape in the main artwork, while the tortoise's presence adds an element of living, organic movement to the scene.
